Excellent Service, highly professional and responsive! I had a problem with my boiler on Saturday, I didn't know what to do, I had no heating and no hot water. I contacted several emergency repair companies, who couldn't come on the same day and all of them would charge me over 170 just call out (without parts & labour). I finally contacted Mark Kirk, who kindly promised me to come to my house "in 5 minutes". He was there exactly after 5 minutes, he had a quick look at my boiler and straightaway told me that the circuit board was faulty. As it was weekend, he said that he would not let me down, he looked all over the internet and he didn't give up until he found a new circuit board on eBay. He finally got me the circuit board (128.25) even cheaper than the market price (over 250). At 7:00 pm on the same day after getting the part, he came back again to install the part. It took him only 30 minutes to repair the boiler, and thank to him we enjoyed heating and hot water as usual:)...and most importantly, for all of this what he didn't he charged me exactly the same amount the other emergency companies would charge me JUST for call out and diagnosis!! After repairing the boiler, before he left, I asked him to have a look at my mixer tap in the kitchen, which was leaking, he kindly looked at it and he said that "the cartridge was faulty, I have a spare cartridge at home, I will bring it to you and repair it tomorrow,, but don't charge you, just do you a favour". Thank you very much Mark for your excellent service and for keeping your promise, you really didn't let me down. I strongly recommend everyone to use his service, as you will never regret and call him back again if you ever have any problem, he is honest, highly professional, enthusiastic about what he is doing, determined and never gives up until he solves the problem, very friendly, trustworthy, very responsive.
