        Great experience from West Plumbing and Heating - I fully recommend! After booking an appointment for a Gas Fire service on the 14th December 2018 Pete called to let me know when he would be arriving and turned up in a timely manner. He was very polite , friendly and professional throughout the service/ visit. He was also very knowledgeable and explained clearly and in detail what he would be doing and bringing an issue up to my attention. I will definitely be calling again for any further issues I may have. Big thumbs up and thank you!

        We received a very professional but personal service from Pete. He serviced our gas fire and repaired it after our toddler posted most of the coals up the flue. He took his time and did a really thorough job. Would highly recommend Pete and will be calling him again.
