Henna was absolutely lovely and great with my 6 month old. She was so gentle but it has made all the difference to his head tilt and most importantly his sleep. He now regularly gives us 6h+ stretches at night rather than the 1-2 hours it was before!

I have been received treatment from Henna for the past four months. I can not recommend her highly enough she is so warm, welcoming and friendly. Henna has made me feel very comfortable and at ease during ever single visit. She is extremely professional and knowledgeable always happy to answer any questions. I had extreme back pain when I first visited the practice to the point where I was struggling to even walk but I noticed a difference straight after my first session with Henna. The overall treatment, advice and tips have been wonderfully helpful. Amazing service I would definitely give more than 5 stars if it was possible!

I visited Henna over several weeks to help with a long-term problem in my shoulder and back. Henna, was very professional, thorough and clearly knew her trade; she is refreshingly matter-of-fact in her approach. Henna encourages clients to continue at home, what she starts in her practice - demonstrating various stretches and exercises I needed to work on at home. She also helped me to better-understand and address, my poor posture and the effect it has on my back pain. I now regularly try to notice how I stand and sit, including now, as I sit with a laptop, typing this review. I have no hesitation in recommending Henna
