Shocking communication, one says one thing then someone else says another...medication is there one day then not the day after when you go to collect it or some are missing....

I would like to post an update on my previously dissatisfied review in respect of this Pharmacy (which I have now deleted). Fahad, a Pharmacist at at Medicares Salendine Nook Pharmacy, has gone out of his way to professionally deal with and sort out the problems I encountered with my medication orders. Fingers crossed its all in the past. Thank you so much I appreciate your duty of care.

Not sure of this is the Pharmacy or the supply of goods, I suspect the former, The Pharmacy used to be great with just the odd hiccup every now and then. This would often be bags with items missing when there were actually 2 bags on the shelf for collection staff seemed incapable of ensuring there was nothing else. More recently Last 6 months the general service for collecting repeat prescriptions has plummeted and at times on the verge of pathetically frustrating. Being told items were out of stock due in the following morning. then being told it didn't arrive and was now due in the afternoon delivery. While in the Chemists there seems to be a mass of people being turned away told that their prescriptions weren't ready. Somethings wrong at the sharp end and its getting worse !!

Most staff are rude and unhelpful. Never ever seem to have anything in stock and end up being told to come back repeatedly.
