Went to collect a new prescription and they were really helpful. They spotted that I should be eligible for free prescriptions and spent the time to get the right forms and find out what I needed to do.

Customer service training is desparately needed by one of your staff members. Asking me did or didn't I get a text and getting snappy when I didn't give her a yes/no answer straight away. She knows who she is.
