        Unbelievably bad. No focus on customer service or well bring. Rude, condescending. Just awful.

        I have used Rowlands in Kirkburton since they were opened. However I am pretty fed up of poor service. Three times I have turned up just before 12 on Saturdays and they are already closed. Yesterday they did not open until 9.03am but when my husband attended to collect my prescription he was told the pharmacist was stuck in traffic and would be a further 15 minutes and they could not dispense anything without him. I work full time and find it really difficult to get there to collect, their opening times are ridiculous and they dont adhere to them. Staff dont seem to care much now. Previous reviews have mentioned 5 days but quite often its longer when they text and then 2 weeks after that they send a snotty saying this is your last chance to collect. Used this service for years but thinking of getting my prescriptions sent to Lepton

        I booked my flu jab with the chemist this year, was in and out in a jiffy no queuing, booked when suited me. I useHey online prescriptions- a brilliant facility - reminder to order and a reminder to collect. Meds always there. Plenty of parking. Shall be asking what other services are available. Thank you.
