Opening time 9am door unlocked 9:10 am but not opened jut left closed no interaction at all with customers. Do not attempt to call them they dont answer calls ever! And simply make the phone unobtainable in the afternoon. They will call You a liar if you dare say you tried to call them. You spend all of lockdown relieving the chemist and doctors of any interactions to help ease the workload even volunteering over 1000 hours to the NHS. You still cannot count on your local chemist at Rowlands. Chemist late arriving again. So no prescriptions allowed to be given out. When Chemist arrived, he was rude and unprofessional and argumentative. Plenty of staff just no prescriptions been given out or anything been sold its not how things are run. They had my prescription nearly 20 days. With no contact. The community deserves better than what is been offered. Absolute disgrace and the shocking service doesnt seem to get better over the years. Gp written prescription refused to be handed over. Lots of customers told come back in 5 days. You can tell on the staff faces they receive complaints on a daily basis. Rowlands Broadlane is simply not fit for purpose and requires a serious overhaul or closing down. Official complaint will be made about the late and unprofessional licensed nhs pharmacist. Avoid at all costs and save your blood pressure and wasting you time. Hopefully visited soon by a secret shopper before it too late to save.
