        Bad service never being spoken too so rudely in my life, left me waiting for 2 days for an over the counter medicine constantly telling me different stories

        Phoned up as soon as they opened to see if they could deliver my dads antibiotics as I couldnt get them due to having an operation & my dads disabled so cant get them himself & the lady I spoke too was brilliant. She told me they would be delivered this afternoon but couldnt give me a time. Fast forward an hour & a half & they have been delivered, so not only have they delivered, they have delivered much earlier than I thought. Ive never had any issues with this pharmacy & they go above & beyond for you. Staff are amazing, polite & have great customer service! Thank you!

        This pharmacy is a credit to the staff. When you phone up they take the time to answer any questions and they have a lovely manner. There is no waiting for a text message before you can enter the shop. (they have this system in place for when your medication is ready) Staff are polite, respectful and helpful. Other Rowland pharmacies should follow this lead as an excellent example of how to communicate effectively with people. If anyone is looking for a pharmacy you won't go wrong with this one. Thank you to all the staff.
