The Pooch Parlour

After more than seven years of using Sarah, our dog had another brilliant groom last week. Sarah has put a lot of time and effort in to building a good rapport with our dog, who, as a rescue, has not always been the easiest to groom.

My daughter has been using this dog groomer and the owner has posted publicly about my daughter on her Facebook business page and has slandered my daughter, she has also made threats that she will speak to other dog groomers in the area about my daughter. Terrible customer service and no client confidentiality. The Facebook post is still posted on this business page. Please avoid if you value good customer service and your privacy. Totally unprofessional service.

First time visit to Sarah and Pooch Parlour. Lola, who has been slightly neglected since our twins came along, was in real need of a good grooming. Sarah was really calm, very professional and did a fantastic job on Lola. She did exactly as we asked, and Lola looked amazing when she was done. Will definitely be booking in regularly.
