Charlotte was absolutely fantastic with my little fur ball Popcorn.. Her attention to care was outstanding and communication was second to none along the way.. Charlotte was so welcoming to Popcorn and made sure he felt at ease which is extremely reassuring for me his owner.. I felt he was in the best hands,safe and well looked after on leaving him at the salon.. Popcorn is a much more comfortable and happier kitty due to the lovely work of Charlotte.. He will definitely revisit Hair&Grace's for his upkeep on his new fur do.. Thank you so much again Charlotte.. Alex&Popcorn x

Charlotte is an excellent communicator. She took plenty of time to find out about Gimli and what I felt he needed. She also took her time with him so that he coped with the grooming session really well. I loved the photos and little messages from him whilst he was in the salon; it was really reassuring. He looked so much better when Charlotte had finished with him. We now plan to visit on a regular basis to keep him looking trim.

I took my dog Archie to Charlottes yesterday for the first time,she fit him in at very sort notice after my usual groomer let me down. She is a very nice lady, she put My very nervous Archie at ease and sent me pictures of him to let me know how he was getting on ,on top of all that she cut and groomed him fantastically. Thank You. We will see you again in December.
