"I've always been very health conscious and eaten a good diet. Michele's nutritional knowledge is extensive. Her recommendations concerning foods which specifically help with gut health, which is so fundamental to overall health, have been brilliant. From adding kefir to my diet, to upping my use of things like mixed herbs in meals, and also fasting regularly, I am most definitely feeling the fabulous benefits to my wellbeing in mind and body!

Working with Michele on fitness and nutrition and absolutely feeling the benefits already. Her knowledge regarding what training suits your needs and will help improve performance is excellent. However the biggest impact for me is around the nutritional side of training. Being a runner and training for another year of events and struggling with various injuries, Michele has helped me understand how my training was not being supported by my food intake, I have made numerous changes and can already feel the benefits. She is so knowledgeable but more importantly knows that we live in the real world and helps guide towards solutions which fit your lifestyle. Thanks Shel!!

After trying for months to lose weight and recover my fitness getting no results I booked in with Michelle and had a gold to aim for as off to Thailand. With the positive motivation and knowledge of nutrition and fitness I learnt new ways to eat and what's best for my body we worked with my injuries making my back and pelvis stronger . In the space of 4 months I had achieved all the goals lost a stone and 27 inches off my body eating healthier and enjoying exercise all with the encouragement and kindness working with this wonderful lady.

I trained with Michele for just over a year and in that time I lost 3 stone! I went from being a dress size 14 down to a size 8-10 and my BMI is in the healthy range. All thanks to Micheles effective workouts and meal plan advice and of course her continual motivation and support which I think is the most important factor in all of this. Prior to taking up sessions with Michele I had zero interest in going to the gym and I think that was mostly due to not really knowing what to do or where to start when it came to exercising. Thats all changed now because I feel much more confident about knowing what to do and I actually look forward to going to the gym regularly now. Right from the start Michele was able to work with me to find exercises that were challenging - that I still enjoyed - and ruled out the ones that werent right for me. In addition to this the nutrition advice was inclusive of my vegan lifestyle so my plan was personalised to me. Throughout the time I was training with Michele I felt fully supported by her, I knew that anytime I needed clarification, advice and motivation I could drop her a message and she would be back in touch promptly. Plus joining the group chat with Micheles other clients helped to keep me on track when we would congratulate one another which was very encouraging. Suffice it to say training with Michele has changed my life for the better. I am really glad I took up the recommendation from a friend to start these sessions and I have since gone on to recommend Michele to family and friends, one of whom has actually started training with Michele recently, and others who have expressed interest in doing the same in the near future. For anyone who is wanting to improve their health and fitness I highly recommend going to Michele because if you are serious and put in the work she will help you get the results!
