        Horrendous customer service! Incapable of getting the order right! My order was sent out after 3 weeks from ordering! Following my contact with customer service querying were my order was. When I finally received the order, the perfume was not what I ordered! Now they ask me to pay return postage before sending out the correct item! The cheek! Ive emailed and called several times and no productive response from customer service! Worse thing is it was a birthday present for someone!

        Amazing service, great staff, overall they really went out of the way to assist me and gave an amazing service. Henry Ford said, people buy the product later, first it's the employee who sells themself with excellent service, than comes the product.
