Absolutely the worst! Got fined because they had techincal issues so we couldn't give our car reg so they just used the old one! Contacted them prior to the fine and told technical issues. Then they fined us even though we had paid and spoke to them about not getting text to give car reg when home. Appealed and they denied it even though there was live chat from them, email from them all saying technical issues, proof a receipt to say we paid. They used the previous car no longer owned, from years ago when they didn't send a text. Won't remove the fine even though it was their fault Absolutely the worst!! AVOID APCOA LIKE THE PLAGUE

Season ticket holders cant get a space because railway staff park in the season ticket holders bays and there is not enough spaces for the amount of tickets issued dont even try to complain as it will fall on deaf ears as soon as they have got your money

Pay meter is broken so couldn't pay to park, got a parking fine now. Luckily I video'd the machine not working and my car parked up but apparently that isn't enough evidence so the fine won't get dropped. Avoid!
