Never used to have bad experiences but now its just gone a bit down hill due to the new receptionist. Theres lack of communication as to when glasses are ready to be picked up. She simply doesnt tell you, until you have to ring to enquire even though you get told that theyll be the ones to inform you!! Nevertheless, the second time round we knew to not expect the phone call so we rang ourselves to enquire and the woman responded rudely and hung up the phone. Still have no idea when we will be able to pick up our glasses.

Lost my glasses for weeks then found them never open on time or answer the phone and one lens is blurred cant be bothered to go back will have to start again as i still cannot see properly!

Tried to con me into buying new glass when my prescription hadn't changed. Also when I asked for a prescription I was told the printer wasn't working. Like that's my problem. I will never go back.

Best in Huddersfield. Best optician going. Najeeb the ultimate boss man of glasses guy will hook you up. Service and support from these guys are unbelievable. Never had any issues with glasses, always on point to the megapixel , its like new eyes again! Last but not least the glasses are top notch quality too.
