A warm welcome from Nareece on arrival, and comfortable examination carried out by Arfan - nice chap! Somehow Nareece seemed to know what glasses I would like more than I did, and found me the perfect pair almost immediately - at a reasonable price I have to say. Before my appointment I had ducked into Specsavers in passing to see if I liked any of the styles. I didn't, and they all felt cheap and generic. By comparison my new glasses feel unique and of top quality. The service at Bottomley's @ Lindley is first class.

I recently re-visited Bottomley opticians and had a fantastic experience. The customer service was top-notch, with the staff being incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. They took the time to listen to my needs and provided great advice on the best lenses and frames for me. I also appreciated their attention to detail and the care they took in micro-adjustments of fitting my glasses. Overall, I highly recommend Bottomley opticians for anyone in need of eyewear or eye care. The staff are friendly, professional, and truly care about their customers.

My first time at Bottomleys, grateful to Arfan for a thorough eye test and for explaining the condition Periferal Vitreous Disorder. He was very reassuring. Nareece very helpful and patient in helping to choose new frames. Also she ensured that they fitted correctly. Excellent service from everyone at Bottomleys.

After trying the "High Street Well Knows" I was advised by someone in the industry to try Bottomleys. Great Service, The optition, Affan, picked up on an issue that 2 Well known Optitians had totally missed prior which led to referals to the Hospital Specialists and the issue resolved! Fantastic, Thankyou Affan and the team. I'm a Very Happy Chap
