        I have experienced the best customer service ever at Valli Opticians and would like to thank Eleanor and Rachel who went above and beyond this weekend to help me out with my Ortho-K lens trial predicament. I won't go into tedious details but Eleanor responded to my questions and gave advice despite being off for the weekend AND at a wedding and Rachel went out of her way to liaise between us and to drop spare lenses off at my home as I was stuck at work and unable to call for them. Apart from this the quality of care and the standard of eye examinations I have had since switching to Valli's from a "high street" opticians have been second to none. Well done to the team and keep up the good work!

        Lovely staff here, I made an emergency appointment today on a Friday afternoon at 4.30pm they fitted me in at short notice and were so helpful!!!
