        Photocopier off line - couldn't print. Call from Phil in service, he talked me through it, made diagnosis very easy and back on line within 5 minutes. Excellent service from start to finish! 5 star rating. Thanks Phil

        Extremely poor service, poor quality printers slow slow slow! Our printer on site has run out of toner - something Copymark are suppose to forsee. We have had to ring the company twice to chase the toner and they have now decided to tell us they have non in stock! How can you run a company like this?? Even though our printer is out of use we will still to pay for the monthly installment as they use a finance company to source all there printers. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!! We will never use again once our contract is up !!! Buyers Beware!!!

        In the past they were good company with great response times. Now they dropped the ball, you need to chase them for everything. There is a lot of empty promisses which are never fulfilled. Any other company will do better job.
