Used Ryder & Dutton at Lindley to sell my late aunties house. Oliver was great from the start, very friendly and professional. We had a few obstacles thrown at us during the sale but he dealt with them on my behalf without any fuss. Tracey was great. Good communication and got the house sold which is the main thing. Hand free approach to selling your house where you can just leave the whole process to the estate agent to sort without wasting your own time on viewings. Will use again.

Full marks to Martyn Ransom and Jo Hardcastle at Lindley for their care and sensitivity in helping me sell my late uncle's property. From the first, they were excellent, in assessing the property and guiding potential buyers around, and then, when complications arose on the legal side (the proerty was very old and there were many lost documents), Jo was exceptional in keeping us up to date with things and a pleasure to deal with at every turn. I really recommend this company and the people working there.
