        Absolutely fantastic customer service from this company. Prompt attention from when we visited the shop to when they came come to measure up. Always kept informed when the carpet was due to be fitted and no money up front and no paying the fitter, (like larger chain stores)he works for them so no third party involved! Fitting quality was outstanding every attention to detail, excellent job. Just one problem we discovered a manufacturing defect in one part of the carpet rang them up they were back within half an hour. Next day confirmed it was defective and new piece ordered, how can you get better than that? Thoroughly recommended.

        Cannot recommend this company enough. Came to measure and provided quote the same day. Excellent customer service throughout the journey. 30% cheaper than another company in Honley for the exact same carpet and a million times better service. Fitters did an excellent job and the carpet looks amazing. Thank you!
