After experiencing a quality issue with a product I purchased from this company I would just like to express how satisfied I am with the service I received personally from Tracy at their customer service dpt. Without hesitation my goods were returned and inspected and the resolution was flexible and adequate to meet my needs. Customer service is something I am particular about and from what I've experienced it would not put me off purchasing from this retailer in the future!

Fantastic ear piercing service. Natasha was kind, friendly and professional taking her time to throughly explain the process. The environment was calm and comfortable and Natasha carefully spent time marking out the piercing site to guarantee they would be symmetrical, double checking before carrying out the piercing. Natasha then explain how to use the free aftercare solution etc as well as how long to keep the earrings in before swapping them or taking them out. Natasha also informed us about the aftercare and if we experienced any problems that we should return for her to check and then advise if required. I would highly recommend this service and the price was extremely reasonable. Thank you for a positive experience
