        After developing a severe case of "lockdown locked neck" - where months of constant hunching over a computer had caused my entire upper back to seize up and I could hardly move my head - I went to see Ruth, who was able to completely resolve the problem in two sessions. Six months later and I have had no issues since - despite still doing quite a bit of computer hunching... (sorry, Ruth!). Can't recommend Ruth and Recover Physio highly enough :)
