        Went in to buy a new washing machine, didn't catch the name of the man who helped us but he was great, couldn't do enough for us. Installation was great too, the guys arrived and had set it up and taken the old one away within 20 mins.

        Bought a range cooker from here. There was a manufacturing fault and Direct Discounts couldn't have been more helpful in getting the issue fixed. Excellent service and would highly recommend. They'll also deliver down or up steps which most companies don't do!

        Recently bought a dishwasher from Direct Discounts. On first use it wasn't draining. Huddersfield branch sent the engineer out within 2 days who rectified a simple problem within 20 minutes. Refreshingly fast and friendly service in this day and age. Thank you!
