I contacted Tempest Associates as I needed advise on what to do about my pension pot. Hilary took time to listen to what I wanted now and in the long term. Anything I didn't understand she took time to explain it to me. I felt comfortable in dealing with her and highly recommend her services.

Moving to the UK and buying a house is a very daunting task. However, on recommendation, I reached out to Hilary at Tempest Associates. Hilary put me at ease straight away, she was so approachable, and took time to explain what I needed to do and how I needed to do it. Hilary was always at the end of the phone or email and would always get back to any questions or worries I had, no matter how small there were. I really couldn't have wished for better service. The whole process was a lot less stressful, and I can only put that down to the amazing service I received.

Called for advice regarding a pension we wanted to cash out but just refused to help eventhough it is something that they deal with, I would have thought in the current climate you would snap someones hand of for business but no valid reason given and just flatly refused, spoke very bluntly and wouldnt give a valid reason as to why they dont want our business, I will take my business elsewhere.
