When the flat roof on our extension started to leak, we searched around and found Premier Elite through some strong reviews, and they were exceptional from start to finish. They came to visit promptly, talked us through the problem areas and gave us some different solutions to consider for fixing (at different levels of cost and all fairly priced). They patched up problem areas and returned within a few days to complete the full repairs, going above and beyond and done to a high standard to extend the lifespan of both the flat roof and main pitch roof, all with some nice before and after shots to show us what had been repaired and how they'd done it. Great company, quoted an urgent roof repair really quickly and fairly and completed the work to an excellent standard. They found some other problems whilst fixing the roof and just sorted it out. A real pleasure to do business with and many thanks for the repair. Honest, professional and friendly.
