Wonderful experience! For someone who has never actually had a gaming pc built to standard, these guys really blew it out of the water! Very impressed with the service and love how they kept in touch every step of the way. I definitely recommend them for getting your moneys worth with a powerful computer. 100% will be a returning customer in the future.

honestly a great way to get advice, ask them any question and they'll have the answer. honestly they've helped me out so much finding out what parts are compatible with my computer. would highly recommend.

My son really wanted a gaming pc for Christmas- I didnt have a clue what I was looking for. From the outset of communicating with Hashim at UG PCs I felt reassured and informed of what I was looking for. The dialogue was open and honest, I was clear of budget and not only was this kept to but because the company were able to source a part for a better price, I ended up with a better spec for the same price. I would highly recommend this company to all. Following receipt of the pc I had some initial technical difficulties (my lack of knowledge) and Hashim was immediately responsive and helpful. I will definitely be coming back for future purchases. Thanks so much.

Excellent service & great communication. I gave them my budget & specifications & they built 2 gaming PCs. They kept in touch every step of the way, letting me know when parts had arrived. They've given me all the original packaging. Very polite & professional service. I'm very happy with my purchase. Highly recommended.
