I use Bower and Child to service our Aga every year. All their engineers are friendly and polite. They are always on time for appointments and we are always happy with the service that is carried out.

Excellent service at every level! We recently bought an ESSE ex display cooker from Bower & Childs and found their service excellent at every level, knowledgeable sales staff who took the time to look into our enquiries with the manufacturer, an excellent in-store demonstration of the cookers capabilities and an installation team second to none, skilfully manoeuvring this very heavy oven through the house with the upmost of care. I would highly recommend Bower and Child, they have a great range of cookers on display and clearly understand the products they sell, a refreshing change from the big retailers. We bought a Lacanche cooker from Mike and the service we received both in the order process and after sales has been excellent

I am delighted by the service I received at Bower and Child's whilst researching the purchase of a Rangemaster cooker. there is a large and ccomprehensice variety of AGA's, Esse, Rayburn and Rangemaster stoves on display. Mike explained very clearly each cooker and its different qualities. At no time did I feel under any pressure and was able to compare differing brands and decide on the most suitable oven for my needs. I can thoroughly recommend this company.

Today i arranged for a top up of the insulation and service of my gas Aga. What a professional service. Communication before the day was great. Turned up punctually and really good team to have around. The job was done professionally and explained to me as they went along. Some handy tips on the way too. I am really pleased with the outcome of the insulation top up and I will use them to service my AGA in future. I couldnt have asked for better. Many thanks Bower & Child.
