Fixby Lodge is a great place to work. I started working at Fixby Lodge in September 2021. I was welcomed into a nurturing environment where I was accepted and supported by the amazing staffs and management who ensured that I settled in well. Training has been brilliant, I was given the opportunity to access all the courses needed for my role and responsibilities. The young people are given a high standard of care and are supported in a person centred way.The young people engaged and enjoyed an active social life at Fixby Lodge as well as In the community.

My brother moved into Fixby in June 2018 and spent 10 months there. He sadly passed recently. I cannot express how brilliant this care home is, I speak on behalf of my family and i when I say we have so much love for all the staff here. They go above and beyond their paid duties, i really can't put it into words. As far as I'm concerned Fixby is second to none and we will be eternally grateful xx
