After 10 weeks with a very unhappy newborn, and unsuccessful trips to the GP, we sought out an osteopath in complete desperation (and not actually knowing what they do). We honestly thought our baby was beyond being helped as the cries were so extensive. However, weve been completely converted thanks to Tracy, who has been an actual lifesaver during these difficult months. She is so knowledgable and explains everything, giving tips and exercises to practice at home. She works on the whole body, advises on colic, wind, reflux, medication, and also diagnosed a tongue tie which was then cut, leading to even more improvements in our baby. Tracy never recommended a session if she absolutely did not think it was necessary. I tell everyone about osteopathy now and recommend it for all babies, even settled ones! Emma is a completely different baby now, and I really believe the osteopathy was crucial in this. Her mobility is amazing and she is like an owl looking from side to side all the time! She seems truly comfortable in her body. More than anything, Tracy has been incredibly kind to me as a frazzled, confused and upset first time mum, and I will never forget the genuine support and kindness she showed to us both. She did more for me and my baby than any other professional I have sought help from.

Tracy has helped both my children, most recently my new born. She had a very rapid birth and was suffering with alot of wind that she struggled to bring up and then was extremely unsettled with gas. Tracy got to the root of the problem and the difference within just a few days was evident. Tracy explains everything she's doing in such detail and also gives you advise on how to help at home. I wouldn't hesitate on going back in the future. Thank you for everything x

Gillian is absolutely wonderful, she is a very knowledgeable and experienced Osteopath. I originally went to her with general neck and shoulder pains and after one session the relief was immense. You absolutely do not need to live with pain. I recommended Gillian to my 80 year old dad whose mobility has suffered recently. My dad really enjoys his sessions with Gillian and is overjoyed to be regaining his mobility after each session. Gillian is kind and patient as my dad suffers from anxiety and panic attacks. As he is unsteady on his feet she treats him downstairs and even walked him to his car. I can not recommend Huddersfield Osteopathy enough. Thank you Gillian for the difference you have made to mine and my dads life!
