    Jana is the best pilates teacher that I have ever come across. I love the way that she plans the classes and explains precisely how to do each move properly and how to use the breath in each exercise. The on-line classes are brilliant, you can pick and choose from a variety of class lengths and focus on different areas of the body. The monthly challenges are great for building up strength gradually. There is also the bonus of live classes every month too. It is obvious to me that Jana has a passion for helping others to be strong and healthy. She is very knowledgable and has a caring approach that makes it a great pleasure to be part of the community that she has built up. I would highly recommend membership of Jana's on-line group.

    About twenty minutes a day is all it takes to work miracles. I have gained core strength, balance and discovered how to keep my back supple so that gardening is not a painful experience even at the age of 72. I love to try Janas monthly challenges as well as dipping into the enormous range of exercises that are on offer on the main Vitality web site, where you can choose which area of the body you wish to work on, for how long and how intensely you wish to exercise. This way you can (under Janas extremely knowledgeable guidance on the videos) gently work on your body so it does not let you down, be it just bending down, walking upstairs or hiking on the moors.

    I attended Jana's Perimenopause Journey workshop on Zoom basically because I wanted a bit more insight into what awaits us all as women. Jana explained clearly the many ways that we can help our bodies get prepared for and manage the changes about to come. Understanding what's going to happen can remove the fear - the meeting did just that. And in the comfort of my own home too. I highly recommend this course.

    It is hard to describe exactly how fantastic Vitality Centre is. It is a hub of relaxation, wellness and fitness all rolled into one. Jana is an amazing masseur, Pilates teacher, nutritionist, and supporter of women's health. Her knowledge, skill and caring approach have helped me become fitter, more relaxed and better able to support my own health and well being in the five years I have been going to Vitality Centre. I am stronger, more toned and happier for being part of her fabulous community, I would strongly recommend her to anyone seeking to improve their health, fitness or well being, male or female.
