        Great club, I started here about a year ago and it's the most welcoming club I've ver trained at. The coaching is spot on and everyone pushes each other to be better.

        Always going to feel apprehensive walking into a new martial arts class. But was soon made to feel at ease. I was surprised how calm and patient people were, no ego, just folk taking time out to make you feel welcome and teach you BJJ.

        Nova Vida is a great place to learn Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. All levels of people train here and everyone is always made to feel welcome. I had trained at other gyms in various martial arts over the years but this is the friendliest gym i have ever trained at.
