I emailed Rebecca and explained what my granddaughters needs were, she as fitted in well and hoping in time her confidence will build up, i am sure it will, she is enjoying it and can only grow and become a stronger girl, thanks Rebecca for your guidence.

I do the ladies class at Kane academy and its great. I started in lockdown and been attending nearly three years. I love the ladies class, its fun and we have banta and even when I dont feel like going, Im always glad I did. Im working towards getting my black belt and my confidence and self esteem have increased. Its a safe environment where have a laugh and build each other up. Its also good for mental health, toning up and losing weight. Rebecca is great tutor and we learn so much more than just kickboxing, we talk about gratitude and meditation and learn the spiritual side of martial arts. Would highly recommend it!

My daughter has been at the club for just over 3 months now. I have seen a massive improvement in her confidence since starting joining Kane Academy Of Martial Arts. She loves going to the club and Rebecca Kane is amazing coach and run the classes very well. Brilliant centre and staff.
