Can't fault the workmanship in any way. In just 3 visits they found and fixed a leak that I've had for 6 months. This sounds simple, I live in a four floor building on the second floor and the leak was in my bathroom which is in the middle of the building. But they did it! Clever sausages. Massive thanks to Andy, Ben, Ellis, Chloe and Andy baker and Darren too. Although the latter 2 are gaffas so not really any involvement. Work was carried out efficiently. They left the place as they found, were all friendly, polite and respectful. Repairs are ongoing but they will have a key to let themselves in if I'm not here. So to add trustworthy too. Tysm TMG.

If there was an option for 0 stars, TMG would achieve it. Pay no attention to the 5 stars left by Susan Talbot as she was their New Business Manager at the time of writing but no longer with the company. PROPERTY 1 I had a leak last year to which they attended. They removed and refitted an en-suite in my property but the fitting plumber did not mention a leaky seal on the shower mixer. It was refitted but 3 months later caused a massive leak which resulted in the en-suite being taken out and refitted again, sadly I let them do it. 6 months later I had another call from the tenant stating that yet another leak had started but got 2 independent contractors to look at the issue. One said that the shower door that was fitted was poor quality (despite paying for and expecting a premium unit) and the workmanship was substandard, also stating that he would not touch their work. Another plumber noted that the screen and holes were not filled. Please also not, before their attendance, TMG sent their own contractor in, who came back with his report stating that their workmanship was fine and couldnt find the issue. After calls/emails over 6 months, they eventually agreed to rectify the damage, which dragged on for another 6 weeks, eventually the decorated turning up with paint that did not match, looking like a childs art work, not been heard from again despite calls. PROPERTY 2 Worktop issue. Had I known what they were going to be like, I wouldnt have used them but this issue occurred between leak 2 and 3! Their contractor Shaun (who incidentally did some of the works mentioned above) was tasked to replace a kitchen sink. Straight forward jog, except his saw slipped, cutting a 2 inch slot in the worktop, outside of the sink perimeter. When I highlighted this after he stuck some black sealant in was it doesnt look that bad from one of their directors. After numerous calls and emails, with me asking them if they would find it acceptable in their house, Darren(director) said he would speak to their insurer. 6 weeks later again with me chasing, they agreed to do the work. Instead of replacing the worktop, fitting a larger sink to cover it up. 4 weeks on, still nothing. It has got to the point now where I am having another contractor complete the works and taking them to court. Calls/emails not answered. (still waiting for Andy Banks to send me his report with pictures of the leak from June) DONT LET THIS HAPPEN TO YOU! There are better contractors in the area, who actually fulfil their obligations.
