        We instructed Bailey Smailes to deal with conveyancing for a house sale. We found the whole process relatively stress free and put this down mainly to their professionalism. We dealt mainly with Lisa Clay. Communications with her were excellent and she always dealt with issues in a timely and efficient manner. We would certainly consider using them again should the need arise.

        Bailey Smailes have acted for me for over 40 years, both with regards to my Mum and Dad's estates and also the conveyancing of numerous properties, some quite complex. Without fail they have been fantastic. I have used other firms for conveyancing where I have been obliged if the other party is using BS, and am nearly always disappointed.
