Absolutely the most frustrating and stressful experience of my life. Tried to use this firm for the conveyance of my house. They were truly awful. It was clear from the outset that Lucy had no idea what she was doing. Repeatedly asking for documentation shed already been sent, getting the name of the mortgage lender wrong, ignoring emails sent and asking for information already provided. Always slow to reply and just totally inept. A complaint to the senior conveyancing partner and he couldnt even be bothered to reply. Avoid using this firm if you value your sanity. Unfortunately I cant leave a negative rating

I wanted to share our fantastic experience of dealing with Ison Harrison. My girlfriend and I instructed Ison Harrison to prepare wills for both of us although we had slightly different ideas about how these could work. We had a number discussions and received excellent advice from Ison Harrison and we were provided with some alternative options of how our will could work in conjunction with each others wills. Ison Harrison were professional in every meeting and discussion and really assisted us with getting what we both wanted from our wills and drafted the two wills accordingly, not only were they knowledgeable and helpful but also asked important questions to obtain information as we had not considered some of matters which were important to us to deal with in our wills. We would absolutely recommend Ison Harrison to anyone looking for a legal service and both myself and my girlfriend, who is a solicitor herself, were impressed with the timely nature which the work was completed and the professionalism at every stage of the process.
