Visited this playgym x3 times and each time had a poor experience. Most recently the gym was really cold - asked if we could use the overhead heaters to which employee replied that her boss has turned the heating off and she doesnt know how to turn it back on. She explained that she wasnt happy either as it was quite cold but she wasnt allowed to put heating on. The toys for the younger kids dont work also.

My grandson a nd I had a lovely time at the playgym today, we will be visiting again.

Took my 1 year daughter there and the place was absolutely freezing, asked to have the heating on and the server said the manger turned all the plugs off and they not allowed to turn them back on
