Icestone Gelato

Very poor service, place is empty, ordered 2 ice creams for my kids on a cone 1 scoop each. It was so small scoops not worth the price, total rip off for what you get. Before Covid there was quality, but now very disappointing. Definetly won't be back again, for me you can close the buisness.

Availibility of vegan selection is intermittent. When I went, none of the vegan items on the menu were available. However, the staff did identity a different vegan item that was not mentioned on the menu, so do try asking.

After thinking we'd pop in for a quick dessert, we ordered 2 cookie doughs. Bear in mind this is at 10pm and maybe only another table with customers. After waiting 25mins without receiving our order I enquired at the counter to which the lady (I assume manager as she was dressed differently) informed me that she hadn't actually received our order, no apology given. Another 10mins later we finally receive our 2 (not very cheap at 8.30 each) super thin layered, completely raw cookie doughs. A 5 year old could have made it better. Taking these to the counter to the very unhelpful staff who looked at me like a rabbit caught in headlights, I had to prompt a refund, no suggestion of an exchange, a refund or an alternative given, and surprise surprise no apology. A waste of a precious hour and leaving in a bad mood. I know customer service isn't much of a thing any more but a little decency doesn't go amiss! Save your time and money and go elsewhere..
