Film experience is good but the snacks are way too overpriced for what they are

Problems started with checking in, if you have pre-booked, have vouchers or paying by card you have to use the self service touch screens. Cash payers can use the human operated desk! Once checked into your film any food or drink must be ordered using the self service touch screens if paying by card or voucher, once you have navigated your way through the self service ordering system mske your way to confectionary and join the queue waiting for food. If paying cash head straight to confectionary place your order, pay and enjoy your food. Modern systems implemented which quiet frankly are not working due to staff shortage and lack of training. We missed the first 20mins of our film waiting for food and then I had to chase up my coffee where I was told to go to another pick up point where I was given an empty cardboard cup and pointed in the direction of the self service coffee machine located at the other side of the foyer, back where I started, next to the self service check in touch screens.... Definitely got my steps in during this visit, shame about the lack of personal customer service and missing part of the movie
