        Ordered at 7:30pm, arrived at 9:45pm. Rang twice and both times told it was with the driver. Icecream was melted and may aswell have been a milkshake and the waffle was stone cold. No apologies from the driver or the establishment. Terrible service and quality.

        Food ordered at 8:30, due to arrive 9:15. Finally arrived at 10:40. Tried calling several times with no answer. Food was cold (crepe, waffle, cookie dough) with ice cream melted. The food had clearly been sat out for a while as melted chocolate had a dried layer and bits on top were chewy and stale. Horrendous. Never ordering again.

        Waiting over 2 hours for 2 waffles! Called the restaurant and they were useless. Wont be ordering from here again.

        The Nutella strawberry cookie dough me and my friend had was amazing although very bad reviews and when I was ready to order I went to the till and the girl there was very rude and gave my friend dirty looks so I would like the staff to be more respectful
