Wonderful experience at Macular Clinic (Acre Mills)yesterday (Monday). Whilst waiting in downstairs area to see if Mother's name came up or which chair was the most easy for Mother, a lady asked if she could help us and got us sent straight up to second floor. Congratulations on streamlining your service - no unnecessary scan or long wait - saving on resources that we have suggested for a while now. A lovely atmosphere amongst the team on yesterday (not always the case with some doctors),careful injection and time for conversation and help. Thank you, everyone.
