Thank you so much for supporting us and correcting my sons tongue tie a few months ago. Within a couple of weeks J was no longer experiencing symptoms of reflux and colic due to an improved latch. This meant that J was less distressed and much happier. J is now 6 months with full tongue mobility able to babble, eat solids, latch well at the breast and loves sticking his tongue out to be cheeky. Thank you so much for helping us when other professionals were unwilling to listen to my concerns despite tongue tie being diagnosed at birth. Thank you for helping my precious boy.

Absolutely fantastic! My son had a tongue tie cut previously that was insufficient and it healed up. At 11 months Charlotte and Simon recut it fully and he stopped throwing up/reflux immediately. Hed been on omeprazole for MONTHS and that did nothing in comparison. The throwing up stopped and his sleep improved overnight. Only wished wed come to Milk Matters and Edge Osteopathy sooner

Excellent knowledge provided by Charlotte. Everything she suggested worked. So approachable, clear to understand. She was so helpful. I cant thank her enough. I would honestly recommend her to anyone suffering with a baby with tongue tie. Even if you are being told the tongue tie is no worry and baby is putting on weight. Always seek advice from a specialist.

After struggling with hourly wakes pretty much since my 7m old was born and not knowing where else to turn, I found Charlie at Milk Matters and arranged a call to see if she could help. Charlie was so lovely and knowledgable. She had spent so much time reviewing the videos I had sent and provided me with a lot of useful information. I feel so much more positive having been given a plan and being reassured that there are issues which need correcting! I wish I had found Charlie sooner!
