        After being recommended these from a few people I decided to go for it. I got hair & nails and Skin Rejuvenate. Been taking them for over a month now and I must say they work great, seen a big difference in my nails and hair. Had many complements on my skin looking more clear and fresh but I guess having more water recently with these capsules has boosted the result in my skin. Nevertheless, not letting go of these and making sure I stay more consistent in order to see more results. Will give another review after 3-4 to be more accurate with the outcome. Overall great! Easy to swallow and well presented. Happy customer and would definitely recommend!
