Had my acrylics removed and the lady used the electronic file so hard that my nail burned and my natural nail is bruised and sensitive when I graze the top of it. She also cut my cuticle to the point that it started bleeding and 4 hours after it stings when i use hand soap.

A butcher could do a better job. Not a word of english is spoken here, so if you don't like something you'll need to wait for the manager. I was given some young girl with absolutely zero experience who has completely butchered my nails and done the worst Job ever imaginable. Photo attached. Charged 40 Sloppy nail cuts Sloppy filing At least the foot massage was good. Will never return unless they offer a free service to redeem themselves

Id happily be giving this salon a 0 star, if I could. No professionalism, and thus poor service. My nails were super quick and rushed so fast, and it wasnt what I wanted. I kept telling throughout what I wanted and made it very clear, but I guess all these guys can understand is how much we need to pay and what in general were there for. They wont listen to your requests after that, dont try.
