Studio 18 Hair and Beauty Salon

A few weeks ago my wife pre-booked an appointment with Studio 18 for today (11 Apr 23). She paid a deposit and had a patch test done etc. When she turned up today she was told that the appointment had been double booked and that they were doing the other girls hair. My wife had booked this appointment weeks in advance because she wanted her hair doing for her aunts funeral this weekend. Poorly managed diary/books. Update: Thank you for the response.

Another lovely colour and cut from Kim at Studio 18. Excellent location, tasteful decor, professional and friendly but most importantly, Kim is fantastic at her job. I'll be back soon!

I can not recommend Kim and team enough, moving to the area I used to travel back to Leeds for my hairdresses as never liked the ones round here, until I met Kim. She knows my hair better than me and always feel so amazing once I have been for my hair doing. My life is pretty hectic but Kim goes out of her way to fit me in and all staff are just so lovely - cant imagine going anywhere else Services: Hairstyling, Hair coloring, Kids' cuts, Blowouts, Keratin treatments, Hair highlighting
