I went to the old one so won't step a single foot in here even just to try claim more money my family desperately need. My experience was hideous and scary, with zero help or empathy from the people there. I have social anxiety so made my experience ten times worse. They either to try harder, change the system by not intimidating customers into employment they may not want or pack up and leave.
