A little unorganised and the person carrying out the ceremony read from their jotted notes from one meeting with a crowd of family members. It didn't flow and some names were wrong! They printed the service program late, so we didn't get chance to approve it and unfortunately there was a mistake on that too. The person conducting the service very strongly advised us to include a thank you to a nurse at Macmillian (that we didn't know and had never dealt with). We were told that she would be there and she wasn't. Very strange.

On behalf of my mum and myself, I would like to thank Richard, Paul, Grace and all the staff at McNulty's. They have help our family through a very difficult period in our lives and helped us make our loved ones day extra special and for that I can't not express my gratitude enough. I can highly recommend there services very professional and caring and put us all at ease. 5's
