        The most unprofessional service I have ever had to deal with. I dont even know where to start. I contacted this company over 2 months ago with difficulty. Once I spoke to someone they did come out and measure up to give me a quote. I heard nothing for two weeks, so I thought I better chase up the quote. I continually rang and rang and left messages and when I did manage to speak to somebody I was reassured they would be in touch the next day regarding the quote. I heard nothing for a week. I chased again and I spoke to the same guy. He apologised and reassured me he would speak to his son to get back to me the next day. Nothing again. This happened on 4 occasions. I spoke to the same person and I was promised the same story. This was just a quote! It was becoming a joke. The final time I contacted them was last Friday (15/10/21), I again spoke to the same guy. It was ground hog day all over again. Apologising and saying theyd be back in touch tomorrow. It is now the following Friday and Ive heard nothing. You might ask the question why did I continue to pursue their business and not go elsewhere. The company I work for needed 3 quotes for the job. I cant comment on the quality of their work but their customer service is beyond a joke.
