        Edit. The gate started sagging only a week after installing and scraping the floor. Messaged Patrick and he said he would come to fix it and never did. Had to fix it myself. Gate is actually made out of old pallet wood. I messaged Patrick only a week ago, asking if he could install a gate I prepurchased. After advising me that the gate installation would cost more than a purpose built gate and installation! He came a week to the day later and got us a beautiful gate built in two hours. We got it painted and I'm super happy with it. Listened to every requirement and did his best to tend to everything.
