Worst customer service, the first time they messed up my order they had me give my name and gave me a free burger as a way of apologising, but again theyve messed up my order and not put a burger in our kids happy meals we rang immediately as soon as we got home and we realised, the women on the phone was very rude, we wasnt given a receipt its usually in the bag we didnt have one it was drive through so didnt have time to check, was told if we didnt have the receipt and wasnt willing to drive ten mins to take the kids food back nothing could be done I said it show on my account and had the details Of the order and the exact time of purchase still the person on the phone was rude and was quick to hang up and not be at help at all, avoid drive through and always make sure to check you food if youve travelled or passing..
