Very good cost/quality ratio. I had two single sockets converted to doubles. Quotes from other companies weren't comparable to the great price provided by Nigel. The quality of the work is very good and explained the work completed in a non-condescending way. We will be using NJM for all future electronic needs. The only gripe I had was communication was a bit slow initially but it's a busy time and workloads are restricted by COVID. It's not enough to put me off in future. 2x alarm contacts fitted (after door replacement). Everything done as asked. Reasonable price charged. Good communication. Would use again.

I have used Nigel for a full house rewire previously and found him to be professional and very competitive. His work was excellent, completed on time and the house was left perfectly clean and tidy with all waste removed. I have since moved but when I recently had an electrical problem I didnt hesitate to contact Nigel again and he fit me in quickly to come and investigate and solve the problem. Again he was on time, professional and thorough, found and fixed multiple problems at a very competitive price. I would not use anyone else for electrical work and would highly recommend NJM.
