Willnever recommend this surgery.. Doctors themselves are good specially Dr Hussani.. rest are good but its the surgery and the service. Horrible service, rude staff.. They never answer the call at first place and if they do they always have NO availability appointment.. and the strange thing is whenever you go to the surgery, they always sitting free without any calls but their lines are always busy WOW.. it is the most horrible GP surgery i have ever visited in my life. Whenever i need them they never there and i always end up in A&E . They better than them at least.. HORRIBLE.. definitely changing my GP ..!!

Don't bother ringing. They don't/won't answer. I purposefully went in once after the phone was busy pretty much all day. I rang the surgery phone whilst actually STOOD in reception - funnily enough the phone behind the desk (which no-one was on) didn't ring but my phone still said it was busy. Can only mean they're leaving it off the hook. Someone came through from the room behind "can I help you?" Just checking the phones were working I said. The look on that persons face told me what I needed to know.

Two decades of gut symptoms which have always been put down to IBS, I have never been referred to Gastro. My entire digestive tract is a wreck, i've had my gallbladder removed recently and i'm telling you my body is not the same. I've been in and out of the doctors surgery since mid 2020 and they will not refer me as i don't have bleeding when i go to the loo, no sudden weight loss, diarrhoea etc. So i have now decided to go on a water and date diet for a month to try and fix my gut. They (you know who i mean) are on a mission to destroy the NHS, they want people to go private, they want medical staff to leave the NhS, so they can call in private companies . The doc i spoke with the other week was condescending, I won't name them here!

Brilliant doctors. Terrible phone system. I have to use an "auto redial" app to get through. Sometimes it takes up to 50, 70 tries to get through. A queue system will help a lot but every time I mention it to them they act surprised that people are having issues getting through.
